Ring size guide

Our sterling gemstone rings are listed one size per listing, so it helps to know your size before you shop.

Measure with a ring you already own

1. Pick a ring that fits the finger you plan to wear the new one on.
2. Measure the inside diameter in millimeters, edge to edge.
3. Match it: about 15.7 mm is a US 5, 16.5 mm a 6, 17.3 mm a 7, 18.1 mm an 8, 19.0 mm a 9 and 19.8 mm a 10.

Measure with string

1. Wrap string or a paper strip around the base of your finger.
2. Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimeters.
3. Divide by 3.14 to get the diameter and use the chart above.

Tips

• Fingers swell in heat and later in the day; measure in the afternoon.
• Wide bands fit tighter, so consider a half size up.
• Adjustable rings in base metal or brass fit most sizes.
